We need more mindfulness!
Great job! We need more mindfulness in our life, and more people willing to share. The World will be better!
Why we should REALLY care about Mindfulness...
PM is Ted Meissner's new podcast. And it is as every bit as attractive as the first one. The focus has shifted onto Mindfulness, its validation by science, and the legitimacy of its application in the field of education, medicine. But everything one may have liked about the first podcast is still there: Ted's signature interview style with real follow-up questions which keep the conversation going for an hour without loosing steam, his thorough knowledge of the topic, the friendly tone, and of course--that voice...
I would also highly recommend the PM Facebook. Less than week after it was launched, Ted has already filled it chuckfull of great articles which beautifully demonstrate why we should care about Mindfulness... and about Present Moment.
