So when the title came to him, he went with it. Being open and grounded are words Tom has used before, mainly due to the fact that is where he feels he is. The version Tom is, he simply gathered thoughts on sticky notes, as he always has, and there was no consistent theme... easy. Moving forward. Tom finishes his mental, emotional and financial test with great humbling clarity, that he shares. Tom's growth is apparent to him in lieu of how challenging this year has been for him. Which reinforces the message Tom is always sharing - 'growth only happens when you're uncomfortable.' The more discomfort, the more the growth. Free your mind and the rest will follow

I've been listening since the beginning and I have been lucky enough to be an online client. Tom drops wisdom with patience and humilty. He is a fellow traveller on the Path which makes it all the better. Yes, fitness is the long-term goal but physical fitness cannot be maintained without mental clarity and peace. Tom's podcast is an amazing journey to that aim. He graciously shares his struggles with the listener and gently encourages without judgment not expecting or wanting "perfect" just the best you can do while listening to your body. He is the best of humans.

Came for the Live Experience, stayed for everything

Started listening in early 2018 for the Kyle Clark Live Experience to find out more about one of my favorite podcast hosts.

The podcast format alternates between live experience and the solo episode. In these solos, Tom reflects on his constant journey to become the best version of himself (the highs and the lows) and shares what he’s learned in a way that’s genuine.

I knew it was going to be an interesting podcast, but what I didn’t expect was how much it’s motivated me to improve as well.

Count me a new loyal listener.
