In our first episode of the season, we help you kick off 2022 with professional development and building your team! We all have to take professional development each year. I find it beneficial to the team, center, and individuals if some of our professional development is done together.
When we all get on the same page with philosophy and process, we have a common goal to work towards together.
It not only benefits the center. It benefits the entire team. They can set and meet goals individually to learn a new skill. Together, we can celebrate successes, brainstorm when things aren’t working, and support one another. When we have implemented something new as a team we are more committed to being consistent with it as well.
As leaders, we must find ways to bring our team together towards common goals. It increases retention of our team and overall happiness working at your center. This episode will help you do just that with a plan that is simple to implement.
