Michael @ InfiniteCEO ,

Ready for the 3-Month Vacation!!!

This is an awesome concept and this is a great podcast. As a long-time entrepreneur and business owner, I have found it s struggle to maintain a work/life balance. I appreciate the authenticity of Dr. Starling as she shares her personal journey in walking out the principles and strategies that she is preaching. Her discussion of the impact her latest 4-week vacation had on the entire team, and the significantly increased productivity and resourcefulness of her team during her absence and more importantly, upon her return, is gold. To anyone who is building a great company or organization, the practical tools and advice on this channel are priceless!!!
