Do you feel like a "hot hormonal mess"?
You are not alone. Many of us are told we are healthy but don't feel great. You feel tired, your sex drive has disappeared and you are frustrated with your weight, despite a healthy diet and exercise. At night you are exhausted, but your sleep quality is poor from waking up throughout the night.
Needless to say, you're irritable and your patience is short, which makes you feel guilty for overreacting. It is not your fault! These are all signs of hormone-imbalances.
Our hormones can affect our mood, weight, energy, sleep, libido, memory, hair, skin and even promote disease if they are out of balance.

Valorie saved me!
I was referred to Valorie when I had been suffering with a thyroid issue that my endocrinologist told me was not an issue. I work out and eat healthy and still struggle to lose weight. The endocrinologist recommend a appetite suppressant that made me feel shaky and I really didn't feel was the solution I needed. They also diagnosed me with high cholesterol, which seemed crazy as my diet is really clean. Went to Valorie and she really did a thorough review of my results. We learned my healthy cholesterol is high which is rare but a good thing. I have hashimotos and Valorie has been on top of it and kept it under control ever since. I found out I was pregnant a year and a half ago and my doctors said I was high risk because of my thyroid issue. Valorie was on top of it and got me through my pregnancy, my obgyn was impressed with how well my thyroid levels were throughout. I am so grateful to her for all she's done for me. My mom was so impressed with my results she is now a patient of Valorie.
Dr's who get it and get me!
I have struggled with my weight my entire life and these two doctors get it! Finally someone who understands there is more to the story than just eat less and exercise more! Been there, done that year after year and achieved a few pounds weigh loss despite heavy caloric restriction & frequent exercise. Uuuugggh! The hormones were the missing link and everyBODY is different. Thanks for the insight in clear, concise & enjoyable podcasts and to Dr. D for figuring out my adrenals and thyroid were playing a role. You are a blessing and you both care so much about helping patients its appreciated.
