This was a bit of a sensitive topic: We're fortunate to have the opinion of a transgender friend of mine to discuss his experience on testosterone, and thoughts on fairness in men & women's sport.
I may have misstepped in some of these comments: My goal is not to offend, but to outline the positions on both sides of the argument: the right for cisgender women to compete in a competitive sporting environment that is protected from male advantage, as well as the right to inclusion of transgender athletes. More than just a fitness podcast
These guys are fantastic to listen to. What I enjoy most about it is the diversity of the content. Propane Fitness is not just lectured on what to do in the gym, but overall wisdom and experiments on how to live a healthier life style, both physically but mentally.
I really enjoyed Yusef’s knowledge on managing finances and how to be prepared. I have a massive Evernote page of notes I took during that episode. I would love to hear more on hacks to live better in those areas and whatever else we deal with day to day.
I am a regular listener of at least a dozen fitness/nutrition podcasts.
I can honestly say that none of them are able to combine genuine entertainment and humor with scientifically based training and nutrition information like the boys at Propane.
These guys are incredibly knowledgable and are both high performers in strength sport.
