2/3 Should Psychedelic Facilitators Have a Psychedelic Practice?
What do YOU think? Would you trust a trainer that never worked out? What about a celibate sex therapist? Yet somehow this is a touchy topic in the developing world of psychedelic wellness.
There is nuance for sure but why is it that so many psychedelic practitioners push back when we suggest that they too would benefit from taking the sacred medicines they prescribe, particularly when we know psilocybin benefits healthy normals (as if that's really a thing) or someone who is struggling with depression or some other mental health challenge.

1/3 The Spectrum of Facilitation
Many often think about psychedelic facilitation from a this or that approach. Shamanic or clinic. Perhaps it is a both and situation?
Perhaps one is more relevant at different times and in different amounts than others? Remember, we are at the very, very early phases of nurturing a modern psychedelic society.

Own Your Experience or It Will Own You
Discerning the difference between being responsible for vs. being responsible to others and circumstances isn't always a black and white experience. And that's where the growth and the joy of living comes in.

A guide to the mushroom space
In therapy there is a saying that your therapist can only take you to places they’ve already been. These wonderful people have been many places in the mushroom space and through this podcast have introduced me to so many others whose journeys resonate with my own. When Ram Dass says “we are all walking each other home,” to me, this is what he means. Sharing knowledge and practice of a space that can be unpredictable and confusing, lighting the way for us to move forward on the path. Listen and learn.
