Thankful for this podcast!

I’m always amazed at how much I still don’t know about the human brain, and how it affects my everyday life as well as others. Knowledge is power, and I’m so thankful I can keep learning tips and insights from this PC. It’s modern education that makes sense of everything. I listen to this while I exercise in the mornings, and it helps me to learn and practice mindfulness at the same time. After listening to the gaslighting PC, I was hooked. No one should be verbally abused on a daily basis or ever! It’s just as bad as being physically abusive if not worse since it happens daily. I think a lot of adults could learn from these sessions. Thanks again!
