Great Content, Too Quiet

Content is awesome... 5 stars! Production could use some work... audio levels are consistently too low, requiring me to crank up the volume to hear what is being said. If I forget about this, sound blasts way too high when I start playing something else. If this is fixed, this is easily a 5 star podcast for anyone in public safety or telecommunications.
