David originally comes from a western medicine background. Having spent 16 years of his life responding to 911 calls on an ambulance, as well as working for almost 2 years in a trauma ER, he has been able to see an exceedingly wide array of ailments, illnesses, and dis-ease.
He has also had the opportunity to speak with thousands of patients about how they've decided to treat those ailments and what their mind frame is regarding them. He quickly came to see how people’s mindset can completely alter their physical well being. But upon further spiritual work, education, and self-development, he quickly came to realize exactly how much our thoughts and our perspective can predict and create our current situations in life.
David has dedicated his life to helping others and decided the best way to accomplish that was to help them REMEMBER who they truly are, unlock their true potential and step back into their own creative power. He chooses to help people not only achieve what they want but also to experience a sense of fulfillment, joy of life, and meaning.
He believes that this can only be accomplished by two things: constant growth and continuous contribution beyond oneself.
As a certified health and wellness coach and Strategic Interventionist, David has the ability to guide others in taking small, simple steps in a systematic approach to achieving long-term sustainable results rather than a quick fix.
He strongly believes that if you want to live a healthy life, you need to embody a healthy lifestyle, which incorporates not only a healthy body, achieved with diet and exercise but a healthy mind and healthy soul as well.
