Erika Dudley is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who began her career in lactation as a WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor after successfully pushing through barriers to breastfeed her son. Within a year she became a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist then promoted to the Lead Breastfeeding Counselor. After becoming an IBCLC she transitioned into private practice where she owns ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Enriched Lactation⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠.
