Unique Lost Podcast
Glad I found your podcast. It’s a lot of fun. I guess I am a bit late but better late than never.
Wow. Tasteless
If you can look past the racism & fat phobia, this is an interesting podcast premise. Save your time and just watch the show their pod is based on. It’s interesting hearing someone experience Lost for the first time but the constant laughter, tasteless jokes, the woman downplaying the guy’s spiritual connection to the show like it’s a joke… big waste of a great pod concept.
A True Delight
This podcast features the exhilarating story of a woman getting better and better at pronouncing her own name.
As a huge fan of Lost, this has become a must-listen. It’s a fresh take on the Lost podcast genre; I was considering watching Chronologically Lost but this has become an even more fun way of experiencing it without actually having to watch it myself. The chemistry and rapport between the hosts is entertaining, and sometimes I’m on the edge of my seat wondering if their relationship will survive to the end of the episode. Emily has been a great “test subject” and hearing her perspective, analysis, and vastly improved puns has held my interest through 90+ episodes. She says “Wait!” as much as Michael says “Walt!” Kenn represents us Lost superfans with dignity, and his love for the show is evident throughout (don’t let Emily shame you for crying, bro). I’m sad that this journey is nearing its end, but I hope they find a way to keep it going at least occasionally. Would be interesting to hear Emily’s takes on “real Lost” after all of this.
Thank you both for all the time and love you’ve poured into the show. You might not always feel the connection directly to your audience, but we’re out here, and speaking personally, the show has brought me a lot of joy and become a constant companion.
