This is part 1 of a 2-part episode where I'm looking at what to do if you're in quarantine, lockdown etc. in an unsafe home, whether you are in physical danger or in an environment that destabilises your mental health in these COVID-19 times.

In this one, I offer some free or very accessible recommendations for coping techniques that should help with maintaining your sanity as you navigate this; while in the other, I'll touch on the resources that are available to you for help in Jamaica. I'll go more into resources in pt 2.
