    Ep 018: Quit Neglecting Yourself

    Ep 018: Quit Neglecting Yourself

It's really easy to lose track of yourself when all your energy is devoted to your passion.  But the problem is when you lose sight of yourself, eventually, you just straight up lose you.  And that's what I did recently.  I dropped all my self-care routines and then deigned to be surprised when I found myself a depressed, lethargic, exhausted, couch puddle.  In this solo ep I get into all the nitty-gritty of my recent mental health downturn and how I'm attempting to turn it around by regaining my focus on self-care (and bubbles).

    Ep 017: Quit Comparing Yourself

Life is hard enough as it is without constantly pitting yourself up against the greats or even the person next to you. In this solo ep, I wax poetic on the pitfalls of comparison. Because man oh man is it hard to see how far you've come when you're staring down everyone else's standing in "the race." Hold on to your joy, you earned it.

Ep 015: Christine Howard, Life Coach & Entrepreneur

Ep 015: Christine Howard, Life Coach & Entrepreneur

Christine Howard followed the same 'great' advice many of us have: if you want to be successful in life, you need to get a college degree and go work for a big company. Problem is, at the very beginning of her climb up the corporate ladder she realized she didn't like programming - the very thing she'd been hired to do.  But thankfully as she worked her way up she was exposed to coaching and mentorship and it sparked something in her and set her off down a new path. Tune in as we talk redefining success, following the joy, and getting out of your own way. And keep up with Christine online @thechristinehoward on Facebook and Instagram.

Shane-Taylor ,

Quitters! is great

Insightful, funny, and smart! Quitters is a consistently great podcast about the ins and outs of transitioning from the 9-5 life to the being a working actor. Also great for folks that are moving in to freelance work or just want to have a deeper view into the way our lives work.
