We share how learning to “sup” with God moved us from scattered devotion to a steady posture of oneness, and why that shift reveals purpose, quiets striving, and rebuilds our lives from the inside out. This isn’t about more noise or tighter checklists; it’s about unhurried presence that turns truth into transformation. We open with a testimony of long processing—days stretched in prayer, silence, and Scripture—until stillness became a classroom. That’s where the design of God began to shine through: a life purposed, patterned, and called.     What if the enemy isn’t only after your weaknesses, but the part of you that’s willing to kill, that self sabotage destructive aura of you? Not just in the literal sense, but in the cuts you make every day—what you end, what you keep, and what you refuse to prune. We open a raw look at John 10:10 and ask why “steal, kill, destroy” still maps so precisely onto our inner world, then turn that map toward hope by recognizing the I-Activity Factor and learning how holy pruning turns harm into growth. I share how denying the capacity to harm keeps us naïve, while surrendering that capacity to God trains it for good. We explore the stark duality of Christ and anti-Christ—not as drama, but as the daily divide that refuses, the middle, which in also known as "THE VOMIT ZONE" discussed in a previous episode. Along the way, we slow down over language, even the word “smitten,” and discover how its double meaning reveals spiritual attack and counterfeit charm. Discernment begins with definitions, continues with pruning, and bears fruit through consistent practice.
