30 episodes

Bryan Forsythe is a depression survivor, 20 year veteran, and motivated family man. Best known for his work as blogger, and author of Crack the Depression Code, a self help depression primer, if he’s not working, he’s probably watching Space Balls, or Ground Hog Day for the 6,000th time. Newsweek has never heard of him but that’s ok, because he’d rather be talking with Gary V or featured in Wired. All his friends say he’s “a cross between that good looking friend you have who refuses to date your sister and John Stewart but with more focus on entrepreneurism, mental health and alternative concepts.” Every episode is a wake up call to galvanize the listener to take themselves seriously, figure out what is keeping them from starting (or growing) that business, making a ton of money, giving back to society and living their lives out loud and FREE as hell.

Helping People Bryan ,

Helping People is Bryan's Objective

I met Bryan about 12 years ago in the Navy and I had an instant understanding that he is on the earth to help people. I've watched his life develop into a self-driven, focused point of light in the world. This podcast give everyone and inside look at his mind. He uses is deep interest in others and great questions to pull out the nuggets from his guests. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of themselves and those around them. Excellent!

Diann Wingert ,

The power of vulnerability

The host of this podcast features the powerful conversations by asking his guests the hard to talk about but really important questions. If you are an entrepreneur who is feeling alone and struggling with your mental health, this is your podcast. Bryan is the real deal. Open, honest, vulnerable & willing to go to the painful places so people can get radically unstuck.
