Best anxiety medicine

For years I have had the worst anxiety before bed. On my second listen to this amazing podcast, I can lay in bed and stay entertained and happy, waiting to fall asleep. The voices of the hosts are comforting and they have amazing analysis without any crazy theories that make you take a double take. Easily my favorite structure of podcast, love Not a Cast, History of Westeros is second to none but the fake ads and the smooth structure of Radio Westeros is perfect.
Thanks LG and YB!
