In Valentine's Bluff, on Valentine's Day, a group of miners who are no longer minors face the horrors of big industry as the coal dust fills their lungs and shortens their life spans by tens of dozens of years. Thankfully, the inhabitants of this town don't need to fear a long painful death from the diseases brought on by their jobs because our hero, a man in a miners suit, is here to bring them the sweet release of death, saving them from living in 1980's Nova Scotia. As horniness and misogyny plague this town, sometimes it takes help from an unlikely place to save us, the viewers, from watching Canadian youth and their weird small-town love-triangles. 

My Bloody Valentine was released in 1981 and was directed by George Mihalka, starring Neil Affleck, Lori Hallier, Alf Humphreys, and others.

A board-game obsessed family tricks Samara Weaving into playing Hide & Seek but actively cheat by not telling her the rules, putting her at a huge disadvantage. In retaliation, Samara Weaving denounces her love for board games which angers her new rich family and causes them to hunt her down. 

Ready or Not is a 2018 film directed by the film directorial duo known as Radio Silent and stars Andie MacDowell, Samara Weaving, Adam Brody, and a giant stoic crow disguised as Aunt Helena.

Welcome to the first episode of Rainy Day Broadcast, where your podcast host Cameron and Vic talk about all movies horrifying, mysterious, and thrilling. 

For our first episode, we cover Adam Wingard's You're Next. An Australian woman is stuck having to deal with a bunch of awful rich white people and then a small group of attackers with crossbows save her from having to deal with them, and in return to thank them she promptly murders them. 

I'm very tempted to call it episode 0 due to all the issues and how different the episodes have become. In the next episode, which I'm editing right now, we have fixed out a lot of the audio problems and I learned to sit back away from the mic.
