Real Life Experience

Every Rank Up episode is filled with Michael ‘s real life experiences as an instructor and school owner. I can sense his passion for each subject and I always seem to walk away with something new from each episode. I really enjoy the question and answer section as well. Keep it up!

Informative

This podcast was a well organized and informative listen. Each episode was full of great tips from an obviously knowledgeable source. The organization of the episodes flowed well and the information built upon itself in a appreciative way. I especially enjoyed the information of rotating curriculums and thought the financial aspect of the podcast was well presented.

“Put value in what you do”- Michael Hodge

I enjoyed listening and learned good advice from the experience sensei Michael Hodge had through the years opening his Karate Academy and Online Global Program. I can sense his passion and motivation in his words and admire his perseverance, dedication, and contribution to this field. In some of his episodes he mentioned how important is to be organized as an instructor and it reflects in every detailed experience he offers such as creating your weekly schedule and choosing your curriculum. I look forward to listen many more episodes !
