Only words
I have been going to therapy for awhile now and I though I should also listen to some podcasts as additional support. At the end of the day none of it changes what happens in life daily. At the end of the day I am still alone, still have my past, and for some reason it still defines me no matter how hard I try. I am a person who tried to take my life and realized that didn’t help either. I hope it can help one person that listens though.
