This is Part 4 of our Kiss' worst album to their best album according to our very own Greg Naugle. Since the early 70's Kiss churned out album after album, sometimes 2 in one year and only recently (2023) finished their last live performance (We'll see about that). All of us at Rat Salad Review have love for Kiss. Not every album, or decision they have made throughout their career was perfect and there's some really imperfections, but they are such an Iconic band who set the path for other bands to try and achieve their success. Not many have succeeded or stuck it out as long as Kiss have whether its with Ace, Paul, Gene and Peter or Bruce Kulick, Tommy Thayer, Mark St. John, Vinnie Vincent, Eric Carr and Eric Singer along the way. You might not like it all but you can't deny the stamp they put on rock and roll.

This week we have none other than Albert Bouchard one of the original members of Blue Oyster Cult. He’s also with his brother Joe Bouchard and Dennis Dinaway in the band Blue Coup, the Dictators with Ross The Boss and a slew of other musical ventures.

Albert recently released the 3rd and final installment on of his Imaginos Saga. Completely telling the story in the order of how it was supposed to be, with reimagined versions of blue oyster cult songs. We talk to Albert about that, the recordings of the albums, his time with BOC, the dictators and blue coupe. He also talks about a new storytellers tour he will be doing.

Kate French joins us this week as she talks about the latest Re-issues of 2 Vainglory albums. The Self Titled album and #ManifestingDestiny. Kate is no slouch when it comes to the music scene. She's seen it all and done it all. In 1995 she joined Chastain on Vocals and Bass as well as production for the album Sick Society. She also recorded 2 more album vocally with Chastain called In Dementia and In an Outrage.

After leaving Chastain she joined the band Vainglory. in 2007 they released their second entitled Vainglory. Then in 2019 they would release Manifesting Destiny. Vainglory is hard at work on their next album as well as Kate working on her first solo album. Kate was also a radio DJ and a voice actor.

We talk about her joining Chastain and Meeting Leather Leone when Chastain got back together, joining Vainglory, her thoughts on the current use of Ai and so much more.
