Timeless Information

I’ve listened to the Raw podcast for over a year now. The guys do a great job of covering topics that have been know to work for decades with some of the strongest people to walk the planet. If you’re involved in strength training for any length of time, you will be familiar with many of the themes repeated here. They are discussing the principles of strength training known to work. But just because these principles are known, doesn’t mean they are followed. Learn what works from guys that have participated in the process. Put in the effort and reap the benefits of greater strength in your life. This podcast will show you how to do it.
