Awesome podcast fellas!

It’s a great long form conversation. I love the knowledge base that these guys bring to the table. It’s like sitting around a table with the old war horses, swapping stores and passing out knowledge for free. I have started at the beginning and have played them all of the way though in the last few weeks. I love the tangents you all get on to too….Keep it up guys!!! It’s truly great.

Just happened across this the other day. Of course I’m familiar with Marty Gallagher, and the podcast has just been a blast to listen to. Great old school stories, mostly good advice, and will get you psyched up to train.

I love the content by Marty, JP and Jim. They make everything very easy to understand for both the regular person and experience lifters. They really want people to understand the content and apply them to our every day life. They bring so much experience, history and knowledge in lifting. Appreciate the content and the articles!
