Let’s Talk About My Failures… and How I Destroyed a Community
It's not easy to admit failure, especially when it's your own fault. But I'm going to talk about it because I believe it's important to learn from our mistakes and share our experiences with others.
In this episode, I open up about some of my greatest failures. I talk about my upbringing and my need to control everything I could, and how I attached my self-worth to my accomplishments. It wasn’t until II lost everything I had worked so hard for, including my marriage and the community I worked so hard to build, that I realized how much my fear of failure was controlling my life.

This episode was so relatable to me. I’ve met and worked with Jamie a few times when I was in Pocatello, her drive was always inspiring! But what she was going through with her divorce were things I went through when I filed for mine. I allowed things that inspired me to slip through my fingers and I’m just barely trying to gain them back.
