Great for non pastors

This is a great podcast to get insight into this particular church, but also to gain insight into the issues and struggles your own pastor may be thinking about or struggling with. Armed with this information, you may better minister to and pray for your pastors.

“Don’t force my fun”

This podcast is a pure gem. Whether a church leader, a church goer, or a Disney fanatic there’s something here for you. Ryan and Tyler invite you into all of their decision making processes — they don’t hold back. They give primary, secondary, and sometimes even tertiary rationale for each decision. Whether or not you agree with their approaches and methods, they encourage pastors and church leaders to design the kind of church they actually want to attend. They have an infectious desire to equip leaders to serve their communities from a place of freedom and joy. It’s hard not to finish an episode with a galvanized sense of purpose. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and one day you may be publicly shamed into writing a review, but in the end their gaffes are balanced by their immense wisdom.

You asked for it!

You guys are my favorite pastors and favorite friend duo! The laughs never stop and the experience and wisdom abound. Although I am not in vocational ministry I still learn so much from you. FtF is one of my favorite podcasts. Worth a listen! 🤙🏼
