Hidden gem

This guy has decades of experience and advanced knowledge on the body and S&C. Even with his knowledge he is extremely humble.

He invites some legendary guests on and let’s them talk and asks great really great questions that are helpful for a trainer, coach, or clinician. I’m a Sports chiropractor and always come back to his podcast to reinforce some great nuggets of wisdom found in my favorite episodes.

Shame he isn’t as popular as some gurus who know how to market themselves as experts.

Quality Podcast, Quality Guests, Quality Host!

This is pure quality along with a massive variety covering subject matters from strength & conditioning to coaching, health and nutrition. Even if you want amazing book recommendations relating to fitness, business, health, and general wellness, you’re in the right place. Scott is an fantastic, genuine host to his guests, most of whom are top tier industry leaders and authors. He shows them great respect & gratitude and his guests clearly feel he’s earned the same from his them. Every show has a take-away (or a few) for anyone who tunes in. I look forward to Wednesdays when each new podcast airs! Amazing work... can't wait to hear what's down the road!
