First and foremost- Jeff Brown’s interviewing style is super engaging and he holds such a smooth flow in conversations making the listening experience enjoyable and the listeners wanting more! I loved the episode with Damon Lembi, the ‘Learnit All Leader’. In this particular episode the conversation focuses on self-improvement as a cornerstone for effective leadership which was particularly inspiring for me. 6/5 stars!

I love that Jeff advocates for reading in the age of bite sized information! Recently listened in ep 490 with Damon Lembi and loved the conversation about making failure impossible by going all- in on learning.
