Today I am interviewing Chad Zdenek. He is the CEO of CSQ Properties, which functions as an acquisition and reposition management company of multi-family and self storage real estate. They hold 750 multi-family units and 3,000 self storage units in California and other parts of the US. He has presented at my ITI Meeting as well as been a previous guest on the show. 
 
Chad Zdenek: Had a career in construction and civil engineering, obtaining a license for both . He worked at Boeing for 7 years as a structural dynamics engineer before going into business with his brother which they ran successfully for a few years before Chad was bought out. After, he went into real estate full time and established CSQ Properties as well as grew a $150 million general partner portfolio.

Today I am interviewing my friend, Co host of ITI and past mentee, Bronson Hill. He is the CEO and Founder of Bronson Equity, a passive investing and multi family syndication company. Bronson Equity works one on one with clients who are high earning individuals who want to invest passively. He is a general partner in over $150 million in real estate. Bronson is an educator and has written a report called The Single Best Investment Strategy During (or After) a Pandemic. He is an author, podcast host, the creator of the Advanced Real Estate Investing Summit, a guest speaker on numerous podcasts, a presenter at various conferences and meetings and so much more. 
 
Bronson Hill: Began investing in real estate in 2006 when he purchased his first rental property. After the property began to cash flow, Bronson purchased other single family properties in Ohio, under the impression that he wanted to own 30 homes for passive investing. Later on a family member introduced Bronson to multi-family investing and there, Bronson learned how to raise capital for a deal. Now a few years later, he is a Multi Family Syndicator and financial coach.

I've known Todd for many years and he has an extensive journey in the world of real estate from appraisals to flipping to launching the Rehab Loan Group and beyond. He partnered with Stephne McKee and started the successful networking group The Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club. Todd would then pursue other avenues that included the tiny home and mobile home markets which also had its challenges. Now Todd is the Owner of FlowVestor which he launched after the pandemic which focuses on mobile home parks, multi family and self storage facilities.
