    14. From Multi-Family to Student Housing with Margaret Streicker

For this week’s show, I had the pleasure of welcoming Margaret Streicker, Founder of Fortitude Capital and U.S. Congressional Candidate for Connecticut. Listen in to hear how building a cardboard “box city” as a little girl, gave way to her creative side when it comes to dealing with new acquisitions and her vast real estate portfolio. Hands Down The Best!

No matter what side of the industry you are coming from, or if you are just getting started, you are sure to learn something each and every episode. As a college student getting ready to graduate, I’ve picked up a wealth of information in just a few hours. All of the guests are veterans of the industry and have all of the scars to prove it, making for very entertaining stories. I highly recommend it!
