Dave Kohl has been providing real estate marketing and advertising for nearly 30 years. He works with brokers, builders, lenders, and investors on a regular basis. Over the years, he has personally created more than 12,000 unique advertisements for properties around the country which sold.
Co-host Scott Winterroth is a social media and public relations expert with a focus on the real estate community. Having effective marketing and business strategies is one thing, but using them to drive business is another.
Dave and Scott pull from their experiences with industry professionals as well as from their workshops and seminar presentations to feature pertinent and current industry topics for each edition.
