Achieving Success Through Creating Your Niche with Phillip Vincent
This week’s guest is Phillip Vincent, a passionate real estate veteran of 22 years. Phillip has developed a great niche in buying houses while helping senior parents move into assisted living facilities. He is the founder of Moms House Real Estate Investors, a nationwide company that not only helps families sell homes as their parents move out but additionally purchases them in as-is condition so that families can close within weeks and get loved ones the help that they need immediately. Rather than forcing families to go through the emotionally draining procedure of clearing out homes and finding buyers and real estate agents, Philip’s company will assist in every step of the process.
Like when every one of us starts out, Philip’s company started as a one-man operation. However, he was able to get an edge on his competition and others in his field and expand his company to become a country-wide operation. Philip will speak about how he grew his company from the bottom up, and the techniques he used to get it there. He additionally will speak about the specific real estate skills required for his position, and how to target your skills to very specific, niche audiences. Philip is a prime example of taking a benevolent risk to fill a need that he witnessed in the world to help people, and profiting as a result.
