They are trying to recruit you

A bit disappointed. Some value, but all it is is a recruiting tool. Another podcast designed to get agents to join their company. The only true way to grow wealth in that company is to quit real estate and recruit other agents to sell real estate. If you’re considering a new real estate company or switching companies, a great idea to interview multiple brokerages to see which one fits your situation. There are other companies out there with awesome culture, Top-notch training and more opportunities to make more money, grow passive income and build wealth.
