Warm fuzzy blanket

Love listening to this podcast! There are so many interesting topics about herbalism that are shared. What I love most is learning about things I’ve never heard of before. I appreciate that the energy is very down to earth & real. Listening to this podcast is like wearing a warm, fuzzy blanket. Thanks, team!

Trying to escape politics for awhile

I’d give this show a higher rating, but lately it brings me down, and I listen to various podcasts concerning plant medicine and health with a hope to escape politics, but it seems to have infiltrated every single avenue, almost every discussion. I want to feel better after listening, not worse.

Useful

I've been listening to this podcast regularly for about two years. I always get some kind of little nugget to take home or a new author or book to check out. Taken en mass, I've learned quite a bit over the two years and made many micro-changes to my life as a result. I'm very happy they continue to do this show.
