Great info

I love how Dana questions the norms of the culture and just tries to get to the bottom of what is really the best for our bodies and our lives. I don’t always agree 100% with every single thing, but I really appreciate the content that she presents. I have learned a ton, and I look forward to listening to this podcast regularly.

I’m confused

Mostly ranting and lots of contradictions. Today was publicly shaming a nutrition program they’ve never been a part of (I have been) and a lot has changed about that program, so that was wrong...next minute they admit they have changed in their nutrition practices too...and then start to talk about how people shame and bad talk people they don’t know on social media...but that’s what the entire episode just was! I’m just confused!
