I’m confused

Mostly ranting and lots of contradictions. Today was publicly shaming a nutrition program they’ve never been a part of (I have been) and a lot has changed about that program, so that was wrong...next minute they admit they have changed in their nutrition practices too...and then start to talk about how people shame and bad talk people they don’t know on social media...but that’s what the entire episode just was! I’m just confused!

Love her new direction!

I want to acknowledge Dana for speaking up for what she believes in and pivoting in her business so boldly! It’s not always easy to make changes, let alone do them publicly with the world ready to judge and critique you. I love the new direction of helping others heal their relationship with food and bodies ♥️
