The Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) has a new podcast series, Real Talk with GCAAR. The brainchild of GCAAR’s Communications Committee, Real Talk with GCAAR will explore an array of topics - from ways to help REALTORS® conduct business more efficiently, navigating the home buying and selling process, real life success stories, avoiding pitfalls, rules and regulations, and much more! Even if you’re not in the business, or ready to buy or sell, there’s sure to be information that can help you. GCAAR is one of the largest local real estate associations in the nation, serving more than 11,000 members in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, MD. Listen to Real Talk with GCAAR on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Soundcloud, Spreaker, or anywhere else you listen to podcasts. The goal is to roll out a new episode every week or so.
