S2E96 (Short) Q&A with Rob Boggan from the Curated Culture (Part 6)

There are times you are asked to do something that is just too good of an opportunity to pass up. About a month ago, Rob from the Curated Culture and a veteran of our show asked if I would be willing to do a townhall type show. He had collected questions from friends and family and wanted to ask them. This is 1 of 7 parts that were pulled from the over an hour conversation. I hope you enjoy it, I sure did!

We hope you enjoy the show and if you do, please consider sharing it with your friends and family or leave a review on your favorite podcast platform. The more people that we can expose to sustainability, the better.  Thank you!

This SERIOUSLY changed my whole way of seeing!

I have long believed that we are killing our planet. I totally supported my progressive church’s sustainability efforts, I voted for candidates after examining their take on the environment. I became a vegetarian. But I honestly thought there was nothing more I could do. The problem was too big for one chick in Pittsburgh to make a difference. The I found this podcast and it TOTALLY opened my heart and my eyes and my mind! There ARE more little things we can do to make a big difference. Mike is freaking amazing! I love Nick too but I am such a softie and Mike is just a wee bit more “gentle” or “gracious” or something, so his take on things really appeal to me. I only mention that because I think that is one of the great things about the podcast team. Both Nick and Mike a great and have a very different “vibe” so in my opinion if you are more of a “feeler” you will love the show and if you are more of a “hard-liner, just the facts” person, you will love the show.
Basically you will love the show!

Best Podcast

I couldn’t figure out how to write a review on Spotify so I came here to do it. This is by far one of the best podcasts out there. I have listen to other sustainability podcasts and there are not a lot out there. The ones that are out there might hit a couple points that you can actually do but not this podcast. They only talk about things that the average person can do they will hit key points in stats about topics but they always follow it up with a way you can make a difference. Sometimes with Podcasts I tend to get bored or discouraged. I sometimes feel like I’m being talked down to or that people are trying too hard to make the podcast great, not realistic sustainability. They are just two average guys talking. They don’t care for fame, they just wanna spread awareness. I recommend that anyone and everyone pick a random episode and tell me you didn’t learn something useful.

Great podcasts

Thanks for doing awesome podcasts and breaking things down especially in the episode with the electric cars. It’s good to know all the little break downs and learn about how things work, and different perspectives. The updated grid is so needed.
