In the US, the classic picture of "The American Dream" is being able to come into the country and, through hard work & determination & resourcefulness, creating your own slice of success for yourself, your family, and your community.
But what if you came into this country, and for almost 10 years you were told that you can't pursue your ideas? Not only that, what if you were told that if you DID pursue your ideas that you would be forced to LEAVE the country?
