We've got visions, a dude in a hood stabbing Sisko, and a very suspicious Romulan. (Never trust a Romulan when they're being nice.) We've got a load of our old favorite guest stars in Brock Peters as Grandpa Joe and JG Hertzler as Martok. In this episode Nog is really introduced to the horrors of war and we contemplate whether war is destroying the Star Trek in our captain. The Siege of AR-558 Sisko takes the Defiant on a dangerous mission to resupply a Starfleet unit at a remote outpost. When they get there, things are way worse than expected and Sisko decides to stick around and try to help. We have a lot of cliches in this episode and we have a lot of bad decisions and sketchy military tactics. But worst of all, one of our heroes is critically injured while Quark just does a lot of whining (could have done without that part). What's this rebinge thing?
