Terrific for the home cook who wants to learn!!!
I am a “home cook”. I want to be a great cook for both my family and when guests are over, but I have never felt confident. Christine’s Recipe of the Day is a solution! Each segment is short and yet gives me specific what-and-how-to-dos which I understand and then can use. I know that I’m listening to and learning from a competent chef - and I don’t need to have a culinary education to benefit. I benefit TREMENDOUSLY. I am excited to build my skills through what I learn. I even listen to the recipes that include ingredients I’m not fond of, because I’m still learning how to create and gaining ideas for how I might substitute and use what I have. Thank you!!!
Easy and Awesome!
Thank you so much for inspiring us home cooks!
