Unlock Your Voice: Empowering Women to Command Presence and Influence

Today I have invited Jimmy Cannon to talk about how to overcome speaking anxiety. This turned out to be a deep conversation and we came to the conclusion that we need to get out of our own way and don’t let our ‘mind monkeys’ talk us out of the game!

    Jimmy’s Background:

With over a decade of experience developing genuine communicators around the world, I am passionate about encouraging others to express themselves authentically.

As a public speaking coach with expertise in voice and performance anxiety, I help clients develop projection, articulation, pace, and tone while overcoming anxiety barriers. My significant experience as a seasoned vocalist and saxophonist, including performances with idols like Sir Tom Jones and luminaries like Richard Branson, demonstrates my expertise of audience interaction.

Understanding the importance of technique in maintaining voice health, I trained under Colin Baldy (New College Oxford) and Kevin Burke in New York. My credentials include a PGDip in Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and a Masters in Voice Pedagogy from the University of Wales Trinity St. David, as well as training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

    Clear Intentions

Come and listen while Host Joyce Benning interviews extraordinary people on her Robust Lifestyles Podcasts only on the Divas That Care Network.  #DivasThatCare

Gia-Raquel Rose, owner of Airs Above Yoga, LLC and a real estate sales associate in Tewksbury, New Jersey has had a love for horses stemming from early childhood. Growing up in “horse country” afforded her the privilege of beginning to ride from the tender age of four. It was a childhood illness, which brought her riding aspirations to an abrupt halt. It took twenty years before she was able to reunite with her long lost passion for horses and their ability to heal. In that time, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Arcadia University and became a twice two hundred hour certified yoga instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa. It was the loss of her mother, Rose, to breast cancer, which ultimately shifted her trajectory from the corporate world to the internal work for which yoga, as a practice, is renowned.

    Spirituality In A Magical World

    Spirituality In A Magical World

“Dr. Susanne Kurz is a multi-passionate scholar, hypnosis coach, creator and visionary.
She spent almost twenty years as a university researcher and teacher on the history of the Persianate culture in Iran, Central Asia and India before embarking on a new adventure.
In her “second life” as a life coach and hypnotist, she supports people who feel stuck or trapped in their current situation and want to connect with their inner wisdom and strength.
All her activities are connected by her passion for people and their stories, for breaking down limitations and by her urge for creative expression.
Since the onset of her midlife crisis in her mid-30s, she has turned more intensively to the big questions of life and has had several spiritual experiences.
Now, she has also started channelling parables and practising to broaden and deepen her perception of what she calls the “background reality”.
Based on several years of practical experience, she has recently started to offer consulting, coaching and services in the B2B area around online profiles (IMDb, Google, Amazon, Wikipedia etc.) for coaches, podcasters, YouTubers, actors and others.
Her most exciting project is a high-fantasy television series in development that combines her unique knowledge and experience to present a vision for a brighter world within a compelling adventure story.”
