As we run enthusiastically back to the in-person membership experience, let's pause to figure out what we're actually returning to... Was the way we did recruitment pre-pandemic perfect? I would argue no. Then why are we so excited to recreate it this fall after we have learned so much through the virtual experience? Instead of recreating the sorority experience as we've always know it, let's brainstorm together what it would look like to intentionally rebuild a new & improved normal!
