RBR 145: The Unkindest Cut of All
The Red Bulls managed to take the lead in Seattle, and then for the first time ever in 2015, lost a game from a leading position. FIFA is also still in the news, but possibly for one of the best reasons ever. Dan Feuerstein calls in to give his opinion on it. Dave Martinez goes to Cuba, and then talks to us? It may sound crazy, but it happened. Finally the guys preview Houston, give their two cents on FIFA, and relive another RBR moment in the walk to Episode 150. RBR 144: Game over, man Game over!
A 2-0 loss to the Philadelphia Union. A bunch of FIFA Officials get arrested in the US and Switzerland. A match away to the Seattle Sounders. These are tough times being a New York Red Bulls fan. Is there any silver lining? Maybe it’s food? Reminder: There are only a few shows left until the old Red Bull Rant feeds go dark; make sure to subscribe to the new ones. RBR 142: Smurf Stomping
Jason is back from feeling sick and missing the NYC FC match live to discuss it with Pat & Truman. The match, the supporters, everything is open for discussion. No guest this week so they can talk about it more. It’s followed up by a preview of the FC Dallas match, featuring some old friends. Truman’s Terrible Team of the Week and another RBR Moment round out the episode. RBR 141: Hudson River Blues
Jason is out with a sore throat, so Pat & Truman step up and talk about the New England loss without their captain. They’re joined by Rafa Noboa y Rivera of Hudson River Blue to talk about the match against New York City FC. In the final segment, they give their predictions, Tuman’s Bad Team of the Week, and Jason has been a busy guy. They finish off with the first of the 10 best moments in the leadup to episode 150. Well the Red Bulls extended their unbeaten streak to 7, but only managed 2 points in 2 home matches. The boys look at what happened against the LA Galaxy & Colorado Rapids. Good
Please get a guest every week. My only suggestion would be that jason should speak a bit faster and without pauses.
Red Bull Rant
This podcast isn't afraid to speak the truth, and I respect that. The guys obviously know their stuff, and they present their information in an easy to understand way. They also are very real and rational which is good considering the Red Bulls are linked to almost every overaged transfer target on the market. I enjoy this podcast.
