I’m a huge Trump fan and I agree that Gary and Eric are completely correct about Trump’s ill-advised comments at the Georgia rally. Trump should follow the Ronald Reagan dictum of not criticizing fellow Republicans. Gary’s advice about focusing on Trump’s record of building and positive issues should be initiated asap. Trump needs to stop being his own worst enemy and engaging in self destructive behavior because he could lose an election that is clearly winnable (5 AUG 2024). I am one of the Red Eye’s “day walkers” and part 1 of today’s podcast was fantastic. I was laughing as hard as Gary when Eric went on his 10 minute Forrest Gump routine. Not only was it informative but also exceptionally entertaining. Thank you!! 27 APR 2023 I have been an avid listener to the program for over 8 years and today’s segment was perhaps your greatest combination of astute political insights and humor. I believe that your assessment on VP Harris as being under the influences of “weed” was hilarious as well as insightful and explains a lot about her public discourse which seems to reflect the disordered thinking associated from THC-induced influences.
