I love it
As a BYU student I sometimes feel alone in my conservative beliefs as the school leans left and treat the liberal philosophy as the gospel truth. This podcast not only combats those claims with facts and logic, but also remain me that I’m not alone.
Constructive and respectful challenge to BYU’s race relations report
In his podcast debut, Luke has entered the somewhat treacherous and liberating waters of podcasting. Luke questions BYU’s recent report on race relations with sound logical questions that will make listeners wonder what the report’s authors were thinking. Luke’s experiences serving an LDS mission in two African countries (Ghana and Sierra Leone) bring a unique perspective to this current issue. I look forward to forays into other topics as time marches on.
I’m a libertarian conservative who just graduated from BYU. I gave this podcast a try expecting some cringe BYU perspectives but I was pleasantly surprised. Luke has well thought out opinions I haven’t heard before. I love how he integrates the LDS perspective in his critiques to leftism. He is very fair to opposing views and you can tell he is making arguments in good faith. Definitely worth a listen, especially if you are upset about the cultural changes happening at BYU and the church right now.
