Not an Intuitive eater but…

I don’t really do intuitive eating but I really enjoy this podcast for many other reasons! I find u can learn a lot from Victoria not just about intuitive eating. Just listened to her episode on why u don’t need an accountability partner and wow loved it! Never thought of it that way. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
