Fresh and fun take on wellness!

Shohreh is knocking it out of the park with this podcast. I love the combination of fun and funny episodes (her girlfriends are hilarious) mixed in with serious topics that affect our health and wellness today. She is not afraid to have the tough conversations but also gives you tools to apply to your own life. Every time I listen I feel like I’m talking with a really great friend.
