Wonderful role-playing

I have been following this podcast for quite a while now. I thoroughly enjoy the storytelling and the different worlds explored. It has introduced me to the possibilities of RPG's with settings and game mechanics other than D&D. I also like all the speakers and the energy they bring, I can feel that they enjoy playing together and are passionate about what they are doing. This is a podcast you should definetly check out!

Great worldbuilding

I may be biased, but this podcast has fantastic worldbuilding and storytelling. Don't miss it!

I’m all in on this rpg concept!

Got a recommendation to listen to this cast and was skeptical just due to the title (seemed a little more flowery than the darker rpg casts I listen to) however, this is fantastic! After creating a new world from scratch with “The Quiet Year” they forge their own adventures within that world with stripped down, narrative heavy systems. I really want to do the same thing with my local group of experienced gamers.

Blaine is a very eloquent and fair DM with great creativity and ability to set a scene very well.

Great concept for a veteran group who are brimming with creative ideas. Check this cast out if you are looking for a refreshing concept that emphasizes cooperative storytelling over rules and competition. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!!
