    Selling starts when your clients reach out to you.
    A cash-based practice can do wellness therapy with a client that would not qualify for insurance, but we all know that an insurance company is only going to pay you to be able to do functional things relating to functional activities that limit you
    A well-care system is more based on what a customer wants and desires.
    Confidence is gained through conversational experience, because learning sales skills is primarily about applying them and becoming more confident in how you approach things.
    Build trust factors through conversations.
    The easiest thing to do with objections is to ask questions.

    The first power move as a business owner is to hire a business manager
    The moral obligation as a clinician is to help as many people as possible
    If you have to partner with somebody, you have to partner with someone who is your strength or your weakness
