Prior to entering the civilian workforce, Chris was an Officer in the United States Air Force leading Command and Control support to military operations.

Dave has a master’s in finance from Dalhousie University and a bachelor’s in marketing from Saint Mary’s University.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Nagaswamy is responsible for Mitel’s global marketing motions, including demand generation, field marketing, corporate brand, and analyst relations. He has deep expertise in data-driven go-to-market functions, with a focus on B2B marketing in enterprise communications and SaaS organizations.
    Prior to joining Mitel, Nagaswamy was Global Vice President of Marketing at 8x8, where he successfully led the digital transformation of that company’s marketing functions. Nagaswamy was also co-founder and CEO of Mariana, a pioneering AI for marketing technology company that used deep learning to identify, target and engage B2B customers. Previously, he also held leadership positions at Juniper Networks and McKinsey and Company. Nagaswamy has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

    Dr. Kathryn J. Coleman has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, diversity, strategy, policy, and project management.  As Senior Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Insights, she leads a global cross-functional team that brings together experts to provide world-class workforce and talent planning that attract, develop and support the retention and progression of talent. Additional responsibilities include oversight for HR Business Partners globally. Her previous 3M roles include, Vice President of Talent Planning, Acquisition and Assessment, Vice President, Strategy and Culture, Global Director, HR PMO and Master Black Belt, Global Director, Virtual Experience, Technology & Employee Development, Global Director, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager and US Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
    Prior to joining 3M, Dr. Coleman held several leadership roles in the public and private sector including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at SUPERVALU, Director of Diversity Initiatives at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and Director of Admissions for Recruiting at William Mitchell College of Law.    
    Dr. Coleman earned her Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota, a M.A. in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. in Psychology from Macalester College.   She has served on several local and national boards including The Conference Board, Career Development Practitioners Council, National Black MBA Association- Twin Cities Chapter, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the Urban League- Twin Cities, and The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management.  In 2015, Dr. Coleman received the Peter C. In this role, Christie led large-scale technology implementations, change management, risk and communication strategies.
     
    She also has deep expertise in CEO consulting around global talent strategies, along with CEO succession and executive team structure, management and capability. As a strategist, she led new product offering strategies for Deloitte in the United States and global markets, including the development of customer strategy in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) countries. As part of her strategic framework, she leveraged deep data analytics to drive predictive socioeconomic and political factors that would impact business and market strategies.
     Her leadership in business development and expansion includes being the west region managing principal of Deloitte Consulting, where she led growth in consulting, technology, human capital and strategy. She also led Deloitte’s west region Life Sciences industry practice. Christie was part of the leadership team that drove expansion of Deloitte Consulting into China and greater APAC. Christie also was responsible for the founding and leadership of the Deloitte University Centers for Inclusion and Community Impact. 
    She has been covered by The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Forbes and CNN. Christie has been recognized as a Most Influential Woman in San Francisco (2012-2015), Women to Watch from Diversity Magazine (2012), Top 50 Diversity Leader (2020) and a leader in Fast Company’s Queer 50 list (2021). She is a member of the Committee of 200 (C200) and World 50 Women.
