Love The Variety

Not a standard podcast that talks about the same thing every week. The topics are broad and the guests come from all kinds of fields/backgrounds. Whether it’s guests from OCR, the functional fitness space, nutritionists, strength, etc… there’s always something to learn!

Such a good listen!

Love this podcast and everything Rich brings to his listeners. His solo episodes, guest interviews, and fantasy drafts are all basically equally entertaining, interesting, and informative. Highly recommend if you’re at all interested in running, strength training, OCR, hybrid racing, etc!
