ReKapping Why This Episode Might Get Me Fired From My Own Podcast (feat. @dianaespir)

Sydney is back in NYC and FEELIN' ALIVE, even if she is in a "cozy" (aka small AF) hotel room recording a podcast by herself. She shares a quick personal story that hopefully, many people have also experienced because it was amazing. Then, as always, Sydney discusses the top pop culture news of the week, including Heather Thompson's return to RHONY; Kim Kardashian on Letterman/Kim Kardashian's 40th birthday special (yes Sydney did cry watching both); Jeffrey Toobin getting sexual during a Zoom call; the bizarre Zion hiker mystery; Leah McSweeney's new brand Happy Place (hint: WTF??); Diplo living with a 19-year-old TikToker; the new Real Housewives wine; and Dave Portnoy and Ramona Singer NOT hanging out. Sydney is then joined by fellow podcaster Diana Espir who is hilarious, smart, and not afraid to talk sh*t like Sydney. They talk about everything from living in Los Angeles vs. London, work, fashion, annoying people in the industry (Sydney shares a very personal anecdote here), and of course, Bravo. The episode is closed out with a Socially Offensive Moment of the Week that relates back to a previous ReKaps episode. Ergh.

ReKapping Below Deck Med (feat. Sydney's future BF aka @alexradcliffe)

ReKapping Below Deck Med (feat. Sydney's future BF aka @alexradcliffe)

This episode is dedicated to Sydney's Nanny!!! Sydney starts off the podcast talking some pop culture news with her sister, Danielle, who is even more sassy and hilarious than Sydney (I know, I know – how is this possible? But it is). They first discuss two Hulu movie recommendations (depending on how you interpret the term "recommendation"), then go over the "send noods" Kraft Mac & Cheese scandal, Jonah Hill's split from fiance Gianna Santos, life imitating art with Dominic from The Affair, why people are trolling Addison Rae, Danielle Bernstein's latest stunt, Olivia Culpo's new and extremely confusing Macy's line, RHOP, and their Socially Offensive Moments of the Week. *WARNING* Sydney's SOM is extremely morbid. But hilarious. You were warned! Then, Sydney interviews Alex Radcliffe from Below Deck Med and they get into ALL of the major events from the season. She's not going to write out everything that they discussed, just know it's juicy and that he and Sydney might be dating now. They've only gotten into one fight since.

ReKapping Massachusetts & Housewives Content (feat. @jameskirk01)

ReKapping Massachusetts & Housewives Content (feat. @jameskirk01)

Sydney starts off the episode recounting her treacherous 7-hour drive from Boston to Philadephia. She then complains about Philly Bumble – UPenn guys where TF you at???? After complaining for a solid 10-15, she discusses Larry David's new wife (Mazel!) and Sofia Franklyn's new podcast, 'Sofia With an F.' Congrats to Sydney for being the only person to never listen to CHD yet talk about it this freaking much, on her own podcast. She also discusses Bethenny's split from Paul Bernon, Kristin Cavallari's new comedian BF, and the latest KUWTK episode that was actually interesting (ft. actual audio from the show so you can understand for yourself how insane this Kendall/Kylie fight was). Then, she interviews TikToker James Kirk who makes videos about Massachusetts and the Housewives; and Sydney is of course his only follower who overlaps with both niches because she is SPECIAL! She ends with a Halva-themed Socially Offensive Moment of the Week. If you don't know what Halva is, Google it. SEE U NEXT TUESDAY!

ReKapping American Murder/Emily in Paris + Provo Canyon Survivor Story Part II

ReKapping American Murder/Emily in Paris + Provo Canyon Survivor Story Part II

Sydney begins the episode with a Socially Offensive Moment of the Week that is both socially inappropriate AND completely humiliating, but hey that's #onbrand for ReKaps. She then gets into some pop culture/TV topics including American Murder: The Family Next Door, Emily in Paris (wow Sydney didn't do much this weekend did she??), Jeffree Star being scum, Caitlyn Jenner liking Sydney's IG pic, Stassi Schroeder's new podcast, Amelia Gray being terribly narcissistic on another podcast, and a weird coincidence she's discovered between Nexium and All in by Teddi (just trust me). *TRIGGER WARNING* Sydney is then joined by Natalia Escamilla, another survivor of the abusive Provo Canyon School that Paris Hilton exposes in her new YouTube documentary, "This is Me."

ReKapping a TikTok Dating Fail (feat. @thedylanjader)

Sydney starts off the podcast by introducing a new segment: Sydney's Top 5 Favorite Things of the Month. If you can't figure out what this new segment might entail, then just listen to the podcast because she sure as hell isn't typing it out to explain here. Then, Sydney recounts some cringe-y dating/TikTok stories (yes, unfortunately the two are intertwined in this case) before she gets into some pop culture news; including Kristin Cavallari (barely) speaking out on her divorce, Demi Lovato's split from fiance Max Ehrich (she knows she pronounced his name wrong on the pod), as well as Karamo Brown's split from his fiance, too (the f*ck is in the water these days??? oh yeah maybe the Coronavirus). Sydney is then joined by friend and fellow Betches writer @thedylanjader to talk pandemic life in NYC (including moving in with her BF just in time for quarantine), her career in social media and beyond, as well as – you guessed it – BRAVO TV!

ReKapping 'This is Paris' (feat. a Provo Canyon Survivor)

ReKapping 'This is Paris' (feat. a Provo Canyon Survivor)

*TRIGGER WARNING* this episode discusses physical abuse.
Sydney ReKaps major pop culture news from this past week; including Paris Hilton's YouTube documentary, 'The Social Dilemma' documentary (wow it's a docu-heavy week) on Netflix that makes Sydney question her life and morals, Jerry Harris actually being a criminal and not America's Sweetheart, the takedown of Teddi Mellencamp and her ~aCcOunTaBiiiLity~ program "All in By Teddi", and Stassi Schroeder's interview on Tamron Hall, which will haunt Sydney's dreams and nightmares for the rest of time – it was THAT cringey. Then, Sydney recounts a "Socially Offensive Moment of the Week" from this past week before she shares an interview with Hailie Goodman, a survivor of the abusive Provo Canyon School in Utah which Paris Hilton also attended. The episode is concluded with a short Bravo TV ReKaps segment. Subscribe and share!

I LOVE this podcast. I’m a huge reality tv junkie and I’m hooked. I feel like Sydney and I are old friends gossiping about our favorite shows (minus my input of course).
